• we switched our plastic cold cups to a bio-degradable cornstarch based product


• we are forming partnerships with plantations and directly purchasing our coffee beans from the farmers


• we are purchasing greens from local farmers


• we are growing organic herbs in our garden


• we will continue to save coffee grounds and food scraps for compost which will be available come spring
